What you will get
You can expect a free initial meeting at home or your place of work where we can discuss your circumstances and explore the opportunities available to you.
Your adviser will be an experienced fully qualified individual with over 20 year’s hands on mortgage advice. Your adviser will only recommend mortgages that he would consider as suitable for his own family needs.
You will not be obligated to act on the advice given.
What will this cost?
As you know nothing in life is FREE, All Things Financial has chosen to be open about the reasons for our charging structure so that the discerning borrower can make an informed decision. We charge only on successful completion of your new mortgage.
NO COMPLETION NO FEE.
We believe in being paid on results, we work for you and not the lender. We will then not be swayed by a lender paying a larger Procuration fee for a lesser mortgage deal. Our typical fee is 1% of the funds arranged with a minimum fee of £795.
This fee buys our services for the life of that mortgage; we provide help and assistance for overpayments, payment holidays and draw downs etc.
Our commitment to you
We will:
- provide you with clear information about the products and service we offer, including fees and charges
- ascertain your individual needs, preferences and circumstances before recommending a mortgage
- only recommend a mortgage that we consider suitable for you and that you can afford – and always the most suitable from the available options
- not recommend a mortgage if we can’t find one we consider suitable
- encourage you to ask if there’s something you don’t understand
- give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service
How you can help us
To help us give you the most appropriate advice, we will ask you to:
- tell us as much as possible about your income and outgoings, to enable us to properly assess how much you can afford
- let us know about changes that might affect your ability to repay a mortgage
- let us know if there is any aspect of our service, or of a product we have discussed or recommended that you don’t understand
- tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service
